Our WINTER MOON collection flakes are Multi foiled flakes that shifts from one color to another. Some may shift up to four colors.They are eye safe, lip safe & can be also be used on nails.
Please note : Flakes are filled by weight not volume so some jars might be fill more or less.
These Flakes work best by applying them with glitter glue or liquid mixing glue. (You will need some type of sticky base to make them stay.)
